Emily contacted me a simple request “We need family photos of us and Charlotte.” Charlotte is their new dog and I fully support and appreciate that when you introduce a new family member, you need to update your family photos! The extra fun treat was that Rob gifted the session to her for her birthday. It should be no surprise though, that Emily’s creative vision was a powerful driving force for this session.
We started with a wooded, romantic picnic. Where was this gorgeous location you ask? My backyard! This was the first session in my new backyard. Which wound up being perfect because after we finished there, we went to the sunflower field at the farm new to my house. I love how these two looks are so unique and different. The backyard picnic is soft and dreamy while the sunflower is bold and dramatic!
