Sara and Javier Morrison House Wedding was an elegant affair and I am excited to say they are (finally) married! There wasn’t a cloud in the sky but the wind certainly gave a good reason to hug a little tighter. Surrounded by an intimate group of their closest family and friends, Sara and Javier said “I do” at the beautiful Morrison House in Old Town Alexandria.
The Morrison House is a beautiful classic, elegant venue with historic charm with modern touches. It was the perfect compliment to Sara & Javier’s personal style. They effortless wove vintage, heirloom pieces through striking modern pieces. Her earrings and invitations next to the glass tea cups her grandparents toasted with are that perfect juxtaposition. The venue itself continued that perfect balance in it’s decor. Classic sitting rooms for portraits giving way to a modern bar and reception ballroom.
