Engagement Session

I know that Kayla and William’s engagement session is in the Fall but there was something about this sunrise session that felt a lot like spring. There was the cool breeze but the temperature was warm and a bright sun. I think Kayla’s second outfit also contributed to that spring vibe.

We walked along the waterfront all the way to the boats and then worked our way back to where we started, talking about wedding planning and Covid. We talked about how Kayla’s best friend and maid of honor also just booked with me and how much fun it is to plan both weddings together.

It was one of those perfect mornings that epitomized why I love morning engagement session. That quiet energy, that hopefulness of a new day and the impending new season in someone’s life. I can’t wait to hang out with these two again next year!
